Screen Printing

Heatset Printing
For individual names and numbers, the application of digital transfers remains an affordable solution for complete customisation of your product.
We can provide names and numbers on garments as well as full colour prints using Digital technology almost anywhere you like. This is best utilised for those small runs which can be expensive to screen print, where the setup costs will be prohibitive

Digital Printing
Digital gives options for full colour graphics applied to almost anything without the big set up fees attached to 4 colour process printing.

Badging
Another feather in our cap is the ability to produce badges from beginning to end. It starts with quality digitising, producing the best embroidery from your design, embroidering it onto the right materials, then finishing it off with the correct machine to give the best edges.
At Branding NZ we do this all inhouse, so we can control the quality and run it on the best machines to give the best result.
Badges can be plain fabric backed, or Velcro backed.
Badges only become economical to run in batches larger than 20 units in the initial run, but repeat orders become very economical.
